Hey There, Food Lovers!

I'm Manny, the proud owner and head wing slinger at Wing It On Wheels. My journey here wasn't a straight line — I started as an auto & diesel technician, then chased my dream of becoming a radio engineer and DJ. But in 2019, everything changed when I lost my father. His words always stayed with me: he believed I was meant to run my own business and use my head to work smarter, not harder.

That same year, driven by his belief in me, I took the leap. My wife and I opened our first hot wing restaurant, Wing It On 49, in Jackson, California — because we were tired of driving over an hour just to get a good wing! My dad's passing is what really pushed me to finally make it happen. When the pandemic hit, we pivoted to mobile operations, and that's when we discovered our true calling: county fairs, festivals, and events across the country.

Today, Wing It On Wheels is a three-time award winner, and we're just getting started. My philosophy is simple: Life's too short for boring food. Every batch we make is crafted with love, seasoned with experience, and served with a smile. Whether you like 'em mild or wild, we've got you covered!
